Disney Worldwide Services, Incorporated (1993) - Researched and assessed, through one-one-one interviews utilizing customized interview instrument, management issues as a basis for designing training and facilitation sessions for managers and staff.
Walt Disney Imagineering conducted “Study of Gender Issues in the
Workplace” (1993) which consisted of a comparative analysis including recommendations based on the results of responses from women and men professional staff members. Managed a team of three interviewers utilizing a customized questionnaire and focus groups to solicit responses.
The Walt Disney Company Risk Management (1995) - Researched, and assessed, through one-on-one interviews, utilizing customized interview instrument, to look at workplace issues, management style and impact, and working relationships. Made recommendations.
